If I schedule a video call, (which I rarely do) I get the call and they answer all my questions in a professional and kind manner. This has always been the case, regardless of what the question is. When I send them a message for a question or anything, I get a response 1-3 days later. (I don't know how some people are paying up to $300 a month.) Now that I'm basically at one year, they've dropped the price down to $60 a month, as was the original agreement. I started off paying $120 a month for estradiol and spironolactone, and all the services they provide. As someone who has been with them for almost a year, I'd like to give my opinion. I've read a lot of bad things about Folx here.
